Each month, our staff assembles and analyzes your financial data such as receipts, disbursements, receivables and payables.
All required information is entered and reporting completed on our in-house computer system. None of your data is stored in the cloud or accessible to anyone other than our employees.
You will receive a balanced set of books consisting of financial statements which reflect the results of your business operations, detail ledgers to support the statements, bank reconciliations and a corrected bank balance. In addition, according to your preference we will either provide the information for tax filings or file them for you.
All financial statements prepared by us are designed to meet the needs of our clients, their creditors and their bankers. From time to time your business may require additional financing or credit ratings. Those statements will reflect your records and we do not provide audited statements.
Statements prepared by LFS Financial, Inc. contain all of the information necessary for financial evaluation by credit sources such as banks, finance companies and credit rating agencies such as Dun & Bradstreet.
We can also provide you with accounts receivable, payable and payroll services as well as additional reporting services such as cash flow projections and cash forecasts when required.
